This track is recorded at a lower volume than most listening music, because it is meant to be played at a lower volume, ideally through speakers. However if you want to turn the volume up loud, feel free!

It can be used to relax, sleep, practice yoga to, undertake tasks to, meditate with, or take you from one state to another. It uses the Heart tone - 639Hz. Everything in the universe is created by and composed of energy, frequency and vibration.

The Heart chakra is associated with love, compassion, relationships, a sense of belonging and connection in the world. It is connected with intimacy. It is the start of upper chakras, and enables the giving and receiving of love, unconditional acceptance to and from others, and to oneself. It is located in the centre of the chest above or near the physical heart. It is associated with the heart and lungs, the cardio-vascular system. Breath serves to greatly assist and support the heart chakra, as with all the others.

The heart chakra serves us and all we are connected to, provides the space from which all people can loosen and shake off the insecurities of separated self (ego). Enabling us to experience a higher and deeper sense of belonging to the world, each other and the multiverse.
