This track is recorded at a lower volume than most listening music, because it is meant to be played at a lower volume, ideally through speakers. However if you want to turn the volume up loud, feel free!

It can be used to relax, sleep, practice yoga to, undertake tasks to, meditate with, or take you from one state of being to another. It uses the root tone - 396Hz. Everything in the universe is created by and composed of energy, frequency and vibration. The root chakra covers the feet, legs, anus, last 3 vertebrae, large intestine, and the pelvic plexus. This tone is said to help lift worry, stress. anxiety, fear, guilt and negative emotions built over the past, so therefore helping in connecting with true reality to enable achieving goals, gaining a sense of rooted well being, joy, and inner peace.
