It can be used to relax, sleep, practice yoga to, undertake tasks to, meditate with, or take you from one state to another. It uses the Solar Plexus chakra tone - 528Hz. Everything in the universe is created by and composed of energy, frequency and vibration.

The Solar Plexus chakra sits between the navel and the bottom of the rib cage. It represents the higher of the lower 3 chakras. It's place is near the Solar plexus - also the celiac plexus - a complex system of nerves within the body that form a major part of the autonomic nervous system. It is connected with the gut, and digestive system, glands and muscles. The Solar plexus chakra is associated with will, energy, drive, emotions and the ego, sense of self & self esteem - also seen as the inner flame, inner gem or jewelled city. It enables us to ask for our needs, and wants, the sense of purpose to bring transformation to our lives. It is also associated with 'warrior' energy and fire.
